Layout
- Left: the conversation list with search (subject, sender, partner) and filters by status and topic. A dot means unread, a bot icon means the last message was AI-generated, a paperclip means attachments.
- Middle: the conversation. Right: AI proposals for this conversation.
- Statuses: open, waiting for customer, waiting internally, done, spam.
Creating an order from an email
The mail agent classifies new emails automatically. For an order request the “create order” card is usually already on the right. The create-order-from-email action runs the mail agent again; the proposal appears on the right and a notice tells you the agent has finished.
Linking and classifying
- Link: use link to order → search for the order number or reference → confirm. Linked orders appear as chips below the subject.
- Classify: use the set-topic and set-status dropdowns.
- Attachments are buttons with the file name; clicking downloads the file.
Replying
- Fill in the recipients (comma-separated) and the subject.
- Optional AI draft: the AI writes a suggested reply in the sender’s language (marked “AI-generated”). Review it before sending.
- Send the reply – it is delivered by email.
Pastaba: If no mailbox is configured, the message stays with a “not sent yet” badge. Contact your administrator.
Importing a test email
Without a connected mailbox you can simulate an email via the import function: sender email, subject, text, optionally a PDF attachment, then import. The email goes through the same processing as a real one.
