Signing in
Possible messages: wrong email or password (invalid_credentials), your session has expired and you need to sign in again (a session lasts 12 hours by default), and the server cannot be reached.
To register a new company, use the company registration form (company name, identifier, country, language, name, email, password with at least 8 characters). The first user becomes the owner. If the identifier is already in use, you get slug_taken.
- Open the address of your LogCon instance. You will see the welcome page with the sign-in card.
- Enter your email and password. The optional company field is your company identifier (slug) and is only needed if your email address is registered with more than one company.
- Click sign in. You land on the overview (dashboard) or on the page you originally requested.
Language and theme
- The language switcher in the header offers 18 languages. Your choice applies to this browser. Documents such as CMR notes or invoices are generated in the recipient’s language.
- Theme: light, dark or system.
- The user menu (avatar, top right) shows who you are signed in as, your role and your tenant, plus links to settings and sign-out.
Navigation
The left sidebar can be collapsed; on a smartphone, open it via the menu button.
