Key figures
Tiles for open exceptions (with the number of critical ones), automation rate, AI costs this month and ETA accuracy. The exceptions card is grouped into critical, high, medium and low.

Refreshing
The control tower agent refreshes the snapshot every 30 minutes. The refresh button forces a new run.
Fleet map and agent runs
- Live fleet map: blue = on tour, green = currently without a tour, grey = position older than 2 h.
- Agent runs: agent, trigger, status, tokens, cost, duration.
