Carrier compliance and sanctions screening
Keep track of carrier licence and insurance expiry, screen against the EU sanctions list and assess hits.

The compliance tab
Open a carrier under partners. The compliance tab (carriers only) shows:
- Licence and insurance expiry (maintained in the partner form as licence/insurance valid until).
- The sanctions screening against the EU sanctions list.
- A rating of 1–5 stars.
Running a sanctions check
- In the compliance tab, start the sanctions check.
- Review the result.
- Depending on your assessment, mark it as cleared or as a hit.
Бележка: Sanctions checks are run by the customs role as well as owners and administrators; accounting may set the sanctions status. Every customs case also shows a sanctions check.
Warnings in the control tower
If a licence or insurance expires in less than 30 days, or there is a sanctions hit, the control tower shows a carrier compliance exception with an “open partner” action.
Setting up the sanctions list (administrator)
The list is configured under settings → integrations → EU sanctions list: list URL (required; the CSV of the EU consolidated list from data.europa.eu; variable SANCTIONS_LIST_URL) and match threshold (default 0.85).
Бележка: If the sanctions check always comes back as cleared, the list URL is usually missing: without it a fallback applies that never reports a hit (sanctions_list_url_missing). Enter the URL in the integration.
