Partners and fleet

Under partners you switch between customers and carriers; the new-partner button opens the form: type (customer, carrier, customer & carrier, customs agent, other), number, name, legal company name, VAT ID, EORI, country, language, currency, payment terms, address, email addresses, phone numbers, tags and email domains. For carriers also equipment, licence number and licence/insurance valid until.

• Master data and contacts (new contact, main contact).
• Addresses: locations with a map; geocoding fills in missing coordinates.
• Rates: new rate with name, basis (flat, per km, per pallet, per 100 kg, per loading metre, zone matrix), currency, validity, minimum price and surcharges (diesel %, ADR, waiting time/h, free waiting time). Without a customer rate, the general rate applies.
• Compliance (carriers only): licence/insurance expiry, sanctions screening, rating.
• Pallet account: balance per pallet type (positive = the partner owes us), book a movement.
• Orders (as customer) or assignments as carrier.

Fleet shows tiles for vehicles, drivers and vehicles with position, and tabs for vehicles, drivers and map. New vehicle: licence plate, type (truck, tractor unit, trailer, van, semi-trailer), body, Euro class, payload, loading metres, pallets, gross vehicle weight, axles, telematics provider/ID, ADR, active. A duplicate plate returns plate_taken.

1. New driver: first name, last name, phone, language (the language of the driver app), licence classes, ADR certificate valid until, home base, driver card.
2. Create login (owner/administrator only): email + password (at least 8 characters) creates a user with the driver role for the app.
