What does LogCon cost?
The price list is still being finalised. The plan is one price per dispatcher and month, plus usage-based items for the driver app and customs cases. You receive a quote with all prices before you order anything.
What counts as a dispatcher seat?
A seat is a user with dispatcher, accounting or administration access. Customer portal users do not count; drivers are billed through the driver app.
Are there costs for AI usage?
The agents and the copilot are included in the price per dispatcher. Each plan has a monthly allowance of orders and copilot requests; it is stated in your quote.
What is included in the free trial?
Up to three dispatchers, the mail, pricing and ETA agent and the copilot. In the trial, AI actions always need an approval. Customs, customer portal, API and warehouse belong to the paid plans. The live demo shows every area with sample data.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. The trial lasts 30 days, costs nothing and ends on its own if you do not subscribe.
What does setup cost?
Nothing in self-service: you import customers, carriers and vehicles via CSV or Excel. Guided onboarding with data migration and training is available on request.
