Managing tours
Tour list, tour details with stops, documents and figures – and how dispatchers report stops on the driver’s behalf.

Tour list
Search and filter by status and date range. Columns: tour no., status, start, vehicle, driver, from → to, stops, countries, km.
Tour details
- Status buttons as on the dispatch board, a link to the dispatch board, backhaul search, cancel and delete (only while planned).
- Documents of all orders on the tour.
- On the right a map and details: planned/driven km, countries, toll, fuel, vehicle capacity and last position.
Reporting stops for the driver
In the stops table, dispatchers can report arrived and departed on the driver’s behalf while the tour is started – for example if the driver cannot use the app.
Tour status
Planned → Transmitted → Started → Completed. A tour can be cancelled up to started.
Poznámka: A driver only sees a tour once it is transmitted and has them (with a login) set as the driver.
