Export invoices, debtors and creditors as CSV for BMD NTCS or DATEV – including account mapping and import tips.
Na tej strani
Running the export
Only accounting, owners and administrators can run the export.
- Open billing → accounting export.
- Choose the format: BMD NTCS or DATEV EXTF.
- Choose the export type – bookings, debtors (customers) or creditors (carriers) – and the date range.
- Optionally tick “preview only (do not mark as exported)” or “include invoices already exported”.
- Download.
Opomba: Without “preview only”, the invoices are marked as exported, skipped in the next run and can no longer be cancelled – only corrected with a credit note.
What is exported and file format
- Invoices in the statuses
ISSUED,SENT,PAID,PARTIALLY_PAID,OVERDUEandAPPROVEDare exported. - CSV in UTF-8 with BOM, CRLF line endings, semicolon separator, decimal comma.
- BMD NTCS: booking import with the columns account; contra account; document date; document number; booking text; amount; tax code; cost centre.
- DATEV EXTF: booking batch version 700, format 12; master data category 16.
Opomba: Importing into BMD NTCS: *Accounting → Import → Booking import (CSV)*, map the columns via the header row. Broken umlauts? Set the import profile in BMD or DATEV to UTF-8 (instead of Windows-1252).
Account mapping
Agree the accounts with your tax advisor. The mapping has no dedicated screen; an administrator sets it via the API: PATCH /api/tenant with { "settings": { "accounting": { … } } }.

Partner numbers as accounts
A numeric partner number (3–9 digits, the number field on the partner) is used directly as the debtor or creditor account. Maintain partner numbers according to your tax advisor’s chart of accounts.
Opomba: BMD tax codes are specific to each company; the defaults follow the usual Austrian layout.
