Dispatch board
Create tours, plan orders by drag & drop, use AI suggestions and move tours through to completion.
Layout
A day view with date navigation (back, forward, today), refresh, map and a new-tour button. On the left the unplanned orders (cards with customs badge, customer, from → to, time window, requirements), on the right one lane per tour (tour number, status, vehicle, trailer, driver, start, countries).
Creating tours and planning orders
- Create a tour: new tour → vehicle, trailer, driver, start (default 06:00 on that day), notes → create.
- Plan an order: drag the card by its handle onto a tour lane (only planned or transmitted tours). All stops of the order are added and the order becomes dispatched.
- Order stops: reorder them within the lane by drag & drop; “×” removes a stop.
- AI suggestion: the button on the order card runs the dispatch agent. It ranks by equipment, capacity, distance, driving times and driving bans and suggests a vehicle or, alternatively, a carrier. Decide in the dialog with approve or reject.
Tour status
- Transmitted: the tour is sent to the driver (requires a driver or vehicle).
- Started: the orders become in transit.
- Completed: fully delivered orders become delivered.
- Planned (with the undo icon) withdraws a transmission.
Backhaul and map
- The backhaul button searches the freight exchange for loads starting at the tour’s last stop.
- The map shows vehicle telematics positions (updated every 60 s) and the stops of the selected tour.
Opomba: You can share a specific day as a link, e.g. /dispatch?date=2026-10-02.
