Technical and organisational measures
The measures LogCon uses to protect data – at a glance. Binding is annex 1 of the data processing agreement (DPA).
Hosting in de EU
Draait in datacenters binnen de EU. Interne diensten zoals database en opslag zijn niet publiek bereikbaar.
Versleuteling
TLS 1.2+ voor elke verbinding. Inloggegevens van integraties versleuteld met AES-256-GCM en gemaskeerd in API-antwoorden.
Wachtwoorden & sleutels
Wachtwoorden gehasht met bcrypt, API-sleutels alleen als SHA-256-hash opgeslagen, inloggen via verlopende JWT.
Aanmelden, 2FA & SSO
Tweefactorauthenticatie met TOTP of passkeys (WebAuthn), afdwingbaar voor alle gebruikers via beleid, verplicht voor platformbeheerders. Single sign-on via OIDC (Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta) en SAML 2.0 met domeinverificatie, JIT- en SCIM-provisioning. Accountblokkering na herhaalde mislukte pogingen.
Rollen & scheiding tussen tenants
Tien standaardrollen plus aangepaste rollen met veldrechten voor prijzen en marge, vestigingen met eigen gegevenstoegang. Elke tabel bevat de tenant-ID, elke query filtert hierop.
Auditlog
Elke wijziging en elke AI-actie met actor, tijdstip en voor/na-status – filterbaar en exporteerbaar voor beheerders. Documenten met SHA-256-checksum.
Back-ups
Daily encrypted backup of the database and documents, retained for up to 12 months; the encrypted copy outside the main data centre exists once an off-site target is set up (see sub-processors). An automated restore drill restores the backup into a separate database every week and verifies tables and document checksums.
Bewaring & verwijdering
Automatische verwijderingstaken voor meldingen, spam-e-mails, Copilot-gesprekken en verlopen voorstellen na vaste termijnen.
Beveiligde interfaces
Webhooks met HMAC-SHA256-handtekeningen, API-sleutels met scopes, rate limits tegen misbruik.
