Warehouse
Create warehouses and bins, view stock and book goods receipt, goods issue, transfers, corrections and cross-docking.
Overview and permissions
One card per warehouse with occupied bins, pallets, items, an occupancy bar and zones. New warehouse: code, name, address, coordinates, active (a duplicate code is rejected).
Nota: Write actions are reserved for owners, administrators and dispatchers. Accounting, customs and read-only users can see stock and occupancy.
Bins
- New bin: bin code (e.g. A-01-03), zone, capacity (pallets), active.
- Tiles per zone, coloured by occupancy: green < 70 %, yellow ≥ 70 %, red full. Clicking filters the stock.
- The bin icon deletes a bin – only if it is empty; otherwise you are told it still holds stock.
Stock and movements
- Stock: search (description, item number, SSCC), status “not shipped” (default), available, reserved, blocked, shipped; owner filter; transfer and correction per row.
- Movements: goods receipt, goods issue, transfer, correction, cross-docking with date, quantity, bins, reference, order and actor.
Bookings
- Goods receipt: reference, optionally an order (shows up in the order history), items (description, item number, quantity + unit, bin, owner, weight, status, SSCC, batch, best before) → book.
- Goods issue: tick stock rows → reference, order, quantity per item (empty = whole item; a partial quantity splits the item) → book.
- Transfer: target bin, quantity, reference → transfer (only within the same warehouse).
- Correction: new quantity (0 writes the item off), status, reason (required) → correct.
- Cross-docking: inbound order and outbound order (must differ), items → book. Receipt and issue are booked in one step.
