The AI operating system for freight forwarders
LogCon reads orders from e-mails and PDFs, dispatches, prepares customs, keeps customers informed and issues the e-invoice – in one continuous transport file. You decide how much the AI does on its own.

Integrations and standards LogCon works with
The status quo
In most forwarding companies an order is scattered across the mailbox, Excel, the TMS, the phone, the freight exchange and accounting. Every hand-over costs time – and every gap costs margin.
Orders arrive as e-mails, PDFs, spreadsheets or photos. Dispatchers retype them instead of planning tours.
“Where is my shipment?” – customers call dispatchers, dispatchers call drivers, nobody has the current status.
Proofs of delivery sit in the truck, in a chat thread or in the post – and block the invoice.
Days pass between delivery and invoice. E-invoicing mandates and accounting exports come on top.
1,750 h

Copilot in the transport file
The Copilot reads the order, customer rates, tour plan and customs rules and puts forward a proposal. You approve it.
Ask in your own words, right inside the transport file. The Copilot knows the order, the customer and the attachments.
It reads customer rates, tour plan, driving bans and driving times, and only your company’s data.
Vehicle, loading time and price, each with its source. You see where every figure comes from.
Quote and dispatch wait as a proposal. Nothing goes to the customer or driver without your approval.

Control tower
Key figures, tours and closing through to the invoice in one place. Everything comes from the same data your dispatch works with.
Orders, tours on the road, ETA risks and open approvals, counted from your orders.

Who it's for
LogCon is designed for forwarders and haulage companies with 5 to 100 trucks and 3 to 30 dispatchers.
Own fleet and subcontractors, many customers, orders through every channel. LogCon takes order entry, status communication and POD chasing off your dispatchers' desks.
More about this solutionMultilingual & international
European transport speaks many languages and follows many rules. LogCon knows both.
The interface, the driver app and the agents' communication speak each user's language. Documents such as CMR, transport order and invoice are created in the recipient's language.
Tolls from official tariff tables (DE, AT, CH, CZ, SK, HU, PL, SI, BE – with validity and source), driving bans, e-invoicing mandates, VAT formats, customs systems and public holidays – as versioned rules in the planning core.
Comparison
Classic TMS manage, pure AI e-mail tools read along, Excel and Outlook hold everything together – somehow. LogCon unites all three worlds.

Assumptions: with LogCon about 1 minute per order remains for review and approval (target, not a measured value). 1 full-time position = 1,720 hours per year. The cost of LogCon is not deducted because the price list is still being finalised. Sample calculation, not a commitment.

Billing is per dispatcher and month. The price list is being finalised: you receive all prices with your quote before you order anything.

FAQ
LogCon's autopilot: AI agents handle the chain from the order e-mail via confirmation, dispatch, customer updates and ETA to the invoice – as far as your preset and guardrails allow. Everything beyond comes to you as a proposal.
Only if you allow it. Every action has an autonomy level (L0 observe, L1 suggest, L2 approve, L3 automatic). By default, risky actions such as creating orders or invoices start with approval. Automatic actions are logged and can be undone.
Your account is ready in minutes. Import customers, carriers and vehicles via CSV or Excel – the AI maps the columns. The goal is productive operation within one week, without an IT project.
No. LogCon covers orders, dispatch, carriers, documents, customs preparation, billing, customer portal and driver app. Existing systems can still be connected via API and webhooks.
LogCon creates booking batches for BMD (NTCS) and DATEV (EXTF). E-invoices are produced as ZUGFeRD/Factur-X (PDF/A-3), XRechnung, Peppol BIS 3, ebInterface, FatturaPA or KSeF FA(3) and validated against the official rules.
Interfaces to TIMOCOM and Webfleet (and Samsara) exist; they are built but not yet accepted in live operation with customers. You need your own credentials with the provider, and we agree the start with you. Further telematics providers are in preparation.
The interface is available in 18 languages, including German, English, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Turkish and Ukrainian. Documents and customer communication are created in the recipient's language.
In data centres within the EU. We conclude a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR and disclose all sub-processors – including the AI model provider.
Per dispatcher and month, plus usage-based items for the driver app and for customs cases. The customer portal costs nothing extra. The price list is still being finalised: you receive all prices with your quote before you order anything.
The first 30 days are free and need no credit card; the trial ends on its own. Term and notice period of a subscription are stated in your quote and in the terms.
Yes. In the live demo you get your own sandbox with sample data in one click and try the autopilot, the copilot and every area. Or you start the 30-day trial with your own data.
Your account keeps running until the end of the contract term. After that, owners and administrators can read all data for 30 days and download a complete export (ZIP with JSON, CSV and documents). Access then remains locked for 30 days, after which operational data is deleted; records subject to statutory retention, such as invoices, stay archived until the retention period ends and are then permanently deleted.
