Frequently asked questions
Can the autopilot run for selected customers only?
Yes. Autonomy levels and guardrails can be set per customer, agent and action type – for example autopilot for three regular customers, approval for everyone else.
What happens if the AI is unsure?
If confidence is below your threshold, the automatic action becomes a proposal for a person to review. Missing details are requested from the customer by the mail agent.
How do I undo an action?
In the activity stream or in the file, click “Undo”. LogCon stores the data needed to roll back every execution.
