1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The browser's local storage and session storage as well as the device preferences of our apps work in a similar way. We only use these technologies ourselves (first party); we do not set cookies of advertising or tracking networks.
2. Legal basis and consent
Storing information on your device and reading it is only permitted with your consent or where it is strictly necessary to provide a service you have explicitly requested (Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021; Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act – TDDDG, formerly TTDSG). Where personal data is processed, the GDPR applies in addition.
- Necessary: sign-in, security, language, your cookie choice and functions you trigger yourself (e.g. the offline storage of the driver app). We set these entries without consent.
- Functional: entries that remember a setting you have made (e.g. appearance, dismissed notices). They are only created by your action, serve only the requested function and are not analysed; the cookie notice groups them under “Necessary”.
- Audience measurement: only with your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), revocable at any time – see section 4.
3. Cookies and storage entries we use
The following list is derived from the source code and is complete. LogCon sets all entries itself on its own domain; none is passed on to third parties or used to recognise you across other websites.
