Live operation of external services requires your own credentials with the respective provider. Credentials are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM. For integrations marked “interface built, not live” and “partner contract” we agree the start with you and accept them together with your credentials.
REST API & webhooks
API-first: whatever the interface can do, your software can do too.
OpenAPI specification
Fully documented REST API with a Swagger interface.
Scoped API keys
Keys per integration, e.g. read orders only – stored as a hash only.
Signed webhooks
Events such as status changes signed with HMAC-SHA256, with retries on failure.
Tenant-isolated
Every key only works within its own tenant.
