Copilot – your AI assistant
How to ask the Copilot about orders, prices and KPIs – and why it only ever creates changes as proposals.

Original demo and public preview
The public preview uses the product’s renderers and IBM Plex fonts for tool chips, transport details and approvals. All details are fictional. Approve or reject only changes the local simulation; no orders are created and no messages are sent. Open the original demo to enter the actual demo interface with sidebar and Copilot.
Napomena: Check your role, available AI budget and demo label. Background agents and their autonomy levels are separate from a Copilot approval. Clarify missing information first; inspect errors and never assume success.
Opening the Copilot
The Copilot is available on every page of the dispatcher app: use the Copilot button in the top bar or press Cmd+J (Mac) / Ctrl+J (Windows/Linux). From 1280 px window width it docks beside the page as a wing (resizable, remembered), below that it opens as a sheet over the page. Esc closes it. It knows the current page (for example the order you have open) and answers in your language.
Using the panel
- Enter sends, Shift+Enter inserts a new line. While an answer is being generated you can cancel it with the stop button.
- Tool chips such as “search orders”, “load order” or “calculate price” appear above the answer. The open link jumps to the result.
- The conversations list shows your history; a new chat starts a fresh conversation.
Changes only as proposals
The Copilot never makes changes directly. Every change – creating or updating an order, planning it on a tour, requesting a carrier, a quote, an invoice – becomes an AI proposal that you confirm on a card right in the chat ("Approve", single use, exactly these parameters); only then is it executed. The same autonomy policy applies as for the agents.
Before expensive or destructive actions it asks exactly one confirmation question.

Limits and roles
- Limit: 60 messages per hour and user (you will see a limit-reached notice, error
copilot_rate_limited). - The available tools depend on your role: accounting can, for example, create invoices but not plan tours; customs and read-only users can only read.
- The example commands also work in demo mode (a “Mock” badge in the panel). In that case results come from fixed heuristics because your tenant runs without an AI key – contact your administrator.
