How incoming invoices arrive
Carrier invoices are captured from the AI inbox (topic “invoice”) or via the API. You find them under billing in the incoming invoices tab.
Invoice check
The invoice check panel compares expected, invoiced and deviation and shows one of these results:
| Result | Meaning |
|---|---|
| OK – within tolerance | Deviation of at most 2 % |
| Deviation from the agreed price | The amount deviates by more than that |
| Possible duplicate | The invoice probably already exists (duplicate_invoice) |
| No agreed price found | Nothing to compare against |
Approving or disputing
- Approve: if there is a deviation, you must additionally tick “approve despite deviation”.
- Dispute: with a reason. The agent can draft a complaint email.
- Re-run check recalculates, e.g. after you have corrected the purchase price.
Napomena: For a possible duplicate, only approve despite deviation deliberately. If an agent proposes approving an incoming invoice, that proposal needs your confirmation by default (L2).
Carrier credit note (self-billing)
- From the order: billing tab → carrier credit note – only possible when there is a confirmed assignment.
- Or in the collective invoice wizard with the document type “self-billing credit note”.
- Credit notes are listed in the credit notes tab of the billing page.
